The Northwest Ohio Waiver Administration Council (NOWAC) is a Council of Governments (COG) comprised of seven County Boards of Developmental Disabilities in Northwest Ohio. OUR MISSION
To serve as an extension of the county boards by offering enhanced expertise through the sharing of resources to assure quality services for persons with developmental disabilities.
My advice to other disabled people would be, concentrate on things your disability doesn’t prevent you doing well, and don’t regret the things it interferes with. Don’t be disabled in spirit as well as physically”
